1.- HOW DO I BUY AT INDIANDCOLD.COM?
  1. Choose the category (garment type).
  2. Display the article(s) that interest you. With a click you will enter the article data sheet where you will see photographs, colours, available sizes, the price and other details.
  3. Select the colour and size and add to the shopping cart. Next, you can choose to keep buying or place the order.
  4. If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to place the order you can process it as a guest or register yourself as user.
  5. Once you have entered your personal data, check that it is correct and press “pay” to complete the payment.
  6. You will receive an “order receipt” confirmation email.
  7. Once the order has been sent you will receive a “delivery confirmation” email with the tracking number.
2.- IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN ONE BUY ON-LINE?
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark (except for Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France (except Corsica), Germany, Greece (except the islands), Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (the mainland and the Balearic Islands), Sweden .

Yes, except for articles with handcrafted processes in which there may be a minimal difference in the finish.
5.- I LIKE AN ARTICLE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. ARE YOU GOING TO STOCK IT AGAIN?
Send an email to eshop@indiandcold.com indicating the model, size and colour and we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
6.- IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE REGULAR INFORMATION IN MY EMAIL WITH THE INDIANDCOLD.COM'S LATEST NOVELTIES AND OFFERS?
You can subscribe yourself to our newsletter without having to open your own account by entering sin your email in the Newsletter section on the website. You will receive the latest novelties, lookbooks, promotions and events of indiandcold.com.
7.- HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROPERLY COMPLETED?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an“order receipt” email within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us using email eshop@indiandcold.com
8.- WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ARTICLE?
Indiandcold.com only sells goods in perfect condition, so that if exceptionally you were to receive a garment with any defect, contact us using email eshop@indiandcold.com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
9.- WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ARTICLE?
If by error on any occasion you were to receive an article you have not ordered, please contact us using email eshop@indiandcold.com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

10.- WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) and PayPal.
11.- WHY WAS MY CARD REJECTED?
Your card may be rejected for different reasons:
  • Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Please check it.
  • The card may have expired. Please check the expiry date.
  • You may have exhausted your card's monthly expenditure limit. To check it you will need to consult whether you still have available balance with your bank.
12.- I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?

If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before making payment. Make sure you enter you code in the right box and press the “apply code” button to apply it to your order.

Please not that only one discount can be applied per order.

Always check the terms and conditions that you will find in the discount code.

DELIVERY

13.- WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer although we cannot make deliveries to PO boxes. It is also possible to receive your order free of charge at any of the indi&cold shops in Spain (except for the Getafe outlet).
14.- HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. For orders to be delivered at an indi&cold shop you will receive an email when it has arrived at the shop.
15.- HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?
In the “shipping confirmation” email you will be given a tracking number of the shipment for the courier company with which you will be able to ascertain the status of your delivery.
Also, if you are a registered user you can ascertain the status of your order using the “my account” section. (Only available in Spain and Portugal. Soon in other countries)
16.- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery day

These time frames do not take account of events of force majeure not imputable to Indi&Cold (as for example bad weather or labour strikes).

Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday (except for holidays) and the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt or the bill of lading will be required.

18.- WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RETURNING GOODS?
The time frame for any return of goods is of 15 calendar days as from the date of receipt of the order.
19.- WHAT MUST I DO TO RETURN AN ARTICLE?

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:
If you want to return goods, contact us using our email eshop@indiandcold.com informing us of your order number, the article(s) to be returned, the reason for the return and the pick up address for it. After verifying all the data we will send you an email with the return number and we will arrange for it to be picked up. Returns to indiandcold.com are always free of charge.
OTHER COUNTRIES:
If you want to return goods, please contact us using our email eshop@indiandcold.com informing us of your order number, the article(s) to be returned and the reasons for the return. After verifying all the data we will send you an email with the return number.
You must sent any undesired articles in their original packaging to DANG DANG, S.A.U C/ Portuetxe 24 Bajo. 20018 San Sebastián. Guipuzcoa.- Spain, using the transport means you prefer. The delivery costs shall always be at the client's expense.
20.- WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN REFUND?

After having approved the return (the articles must be in perfect condition and have all their labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that you will be refunded in a few days. You will receive the refund using the same method you used when placing your order.

21.- WHAT MUST I DO IF THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?
We are sorry this error has occurred. Please contact us using our email eshop@indiandcold.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
22.- CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?
For the time being, no changes can be made to articles bought on the website. If you want to change your garment for another model or a different size/colour, you will have to return the article you have received and place a new order.
