5 WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME ARTICLE I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, except for articles with handcrafted processes in which there may be a minimal difference in the finish.
6 I LIKE AN ARTICLE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. ARE YOU GOING TO STOCK IT AGAIN?
You can subscribe to the availability alert directly on the product page for customer returns.
You can also send us an email at email@example.com indicating the reference, size and colour, and we will do our best to bring it back!
7 WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ARTICLE?
Indiandcold.com only sells goods in perfect conditions, if exceptionally you receive a garment with any defect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will get back to you as soon as possible.
8 WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ARTICLE?
If on any occasion you were to receive an article you have not ordered, please contact us at email@example.com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
9 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROPERLY COMPLETED?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email at the address you have introduced during the checkout to confirm that we have received your order within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
10 I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before making payment. Make sure you enter you code in the right box and press the “apply code” button to apply it.
Please note that you can only apply one discount per order.
Always check the terms and conditions the discount code you are willing to use.
11 WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), iDeal and PayPal. You can also pay in 3 installments via Klarna.
12 WHY WAS MY CARD REJECTED?
Your card may be rejected for different reasons:
1. Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Please double check it.
2. The card may have expired. Please check the expiry date.
3. For any other reason, please check directly with your bank advisor.
13 WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer although we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
14 HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. For orders to be delivered at any indi & cold shop, you will receive an email to notify you of your order’s availability.
15 HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?
In the shipping confirmation email you will be given a tracking number of the shipment for the courier company with which you can check the status of your delivery.
16 WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RETURNING GOODS?
The time frame for any return of goods is of 15 calendar days as from the date of reception of the order.
Enter your Order ID and email used in the purchase and follow the indicated instructions.
Indicate the applicable items to be returned and the quantity thereof and select the applicable method of returning the product (if different options are available).
A return Product authorization ("RMA") number will be provided to you (through the portal (if applicable) and via e-mail) and, if applicable, a return shipment label will be generated.
Once the articles have been received by INDI & COLD and once it has checked their perfect condition, it will make the refund using the same means of payment as the client used to pay for the purchase. This refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of fourteen (14) working days.
The article returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty for reasons imputable to the client will not be refunded and will be placed at the disposal of the sender freight payable on delivery or the article will remain at the client's disposal to be removed within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days. In any event, INDI & COLD shall not accept any liability whatsoever for the custody or deposit of the article during the time it remains on its premises.
INDI & COLD reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.

18 WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN REFUND?
After having approved the return (the articles must be in perfect conditions along their labels and accessories), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount of the refund. You will receive the refund by the same method you used when placing your order.
19 WHAT MUST I DO IF THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?
We are sorry an error has occurred. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
20 CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Currently, we are not able to offer any exchange. If you are willing to receive another garment, size or colour, please make a return and place a new order. You can contact us at email@example.com so we give priority to your order.
