1 HOW DO I BUY AT INDIANDCOLD.COM?

1.   Choose the category (garment type).

2.   Display the article(s) that interest you. With a click you will enter the article data sheet where you will see photographs, colours, available sizes, the price and other details.

3.   Select the colour and size and add to the shopping cart. Next, you can choose to keep buying or place the order.

4.   If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to place the order you can process it as a guest or register yourself as user.

Once you have entered your personal data, check that it is correct and press “pay” to complete the payment.
6.   You will receive an “order receipt” confirmation email.

7.   Once the order has been sent you will receive a “delivery confirmation” email with the tracking number.

 

2 IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN ONE BUY ON-LINE?

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark (except for Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France (except Corsica), Germany, Greece (except the islands), Holland, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (the mainland and the Balearic Islands), Sweden.

 

3 IN HOW MANY LANGUAGES CAN I BROWSE THE WEBSITE?

Spanish, English and French.

 

4 WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME ARTICLE I SEE IN THE PHOTO?

Yes, except for articles with handcrafted processes in which there may be a minimal difference in the finish.

5 I LIKE AN ARTICLE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. ARE YOU GOING TO STOCK IT AGAIN?

You can subscribe to the availability alert directly on the product page for customer returns. 

You can also send us an email at eshop@indiandcold.com indicating the reference, size and colour, and we will do our best to bring it back!

 

6 IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE REGULAR INFORMATION IN MY EMAIL WITH THE INDIANDCOLD.COM'S LATEST NOVELTIES AND OFFERS?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email in the Newsletter section on the website. You will receive the latest novelties, lookbooks, promotions and events of indiandcold.com. There’s no need to be registered as a client to be subscribed to our newsletter.

 

7 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROPERLY COMPLETED?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email at the address you have introduced during the checkout to confirm that we have received your order within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us writing to: eshop@indiandcold.com

 

8 WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ARTICLE?

Indiandcold.com only sells goods in perfect conditions, if exceptionally you receive a garment with any defect, contact us at customerservice@indiandcold.com We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

9 WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ARTICLE?

If on any occasion you were to receive an article you have not ordered, please contact us at eshop@indiandcold.com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible

 

10 WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) and PayPal.

 

11 WHY WAS MY CARD REJECTED?

Your card may be rejected for different reasons:

1.   Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Please double check it.

2.   The card may have expired. Please check the expiry date.

3.   For any other reason, please check directly with your bank advisor.

 

12 I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?

If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before making payment. Make sure you enter you code in the right box and press the “apply code” button to apply it.

Please note that you can only apply one discount per order.

Always check the terms and conditions the discount code you are willing to use.

 

13 WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer although we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

 

14 HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. For orders to be delivered at any indi & cold shop, you will receive an email to notify you of your order’s availability.

 

15 HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

In the shipping confirmation email you will be given a tracking number of the shipment for the courier company with which you can check the status of your delivery.

16 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Home Delivery, UPS  2/3 working days

 

These time frames do not contemplate events of force majeure not imputable to Indi&Cold (as for example bad weather or labour strikes).

Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday (except for holidays) and the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt or the bill of lading will be required.

18 WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RETURNING GOODS?

The time frame for any return of goods is of 15 calendar days as from the date of reception of the order.

 

19 WHAT MUST I DO TO RETURN AN ARTICLE?

If you want to return goods, please contact us per email at eshop@indiandcold.com informing us of your order number, the article(s) to be returned and the reason you are returning these pieces.

You must send any undesired articles in their original packaging to LAN DISTRIBUCION, Bulandegi Bidea, 20, 20159 Zizurkil, Guipuzcoa, Spain, using the transport company of your choice. The delivery costs shall always remain at the client's expenses.

 

20 WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN REFUND?

After having approved the return (the articles must be in perfect conditions along their labels and accessories), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount of the refund. You will receive the refund by the same method you used when placing your order.

21 WHAT MUST I DO IF THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?

We are sorry an error has occurred. Please contact us at customerservice@indiandcold.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

22 CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Currently, we are not able to offer any exchange. If you are willing to receive another garment, size or colour, please make a return and place a new order. You can contact us at customeservice@indiandcold.com so we give priority to your order.
