We detail here all our delivery and return conditions, delivery and return times may be extended during promotional periods or be affected by strikes and/or other force majeure events not imputable to indi & cold.

You can choose to receive your order at home or at your workplace.

Delivery times are counted from the moment the package leaves our logistics centre and depend on the destination (working days only):

When you receive the item you have purchased from, you must check that it conforms to the one you ordered, is in perfect condition and has not been damaged during transport.

If you detect any incident of this type, you must inform us within 24 hours after receiving the item by sending an e-mail to, including your personal details, the order number and a description of the incident or problem with the item(s) received. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days after receiving notification that your order has been dispatched, please do not hesitate to inform us at so we can revise the situation and provide you a solution.

In the event that you receive a faulty item or a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item by sending an e-mail to and we will inform you of the steps to be taken to resolve the incident.

If you wish to return the item received, you must do so in its original packaging, unused, with its accessories and labels, in perfect condition. Otherwise, they cannot be exchanged or returned. If you want to make an exchange of size, colour or for another article, you will have to return the article and place a new order.

Please contact us by e-mail at indicating the order number, the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. After checking all the data, we will send you an e-mail with all the steps to follow.

You must send the unwanted items in their original packaging to LAN DISTRIBUCIÓN, Bulandegi Bidea, 20, 20159 Zizurkil, Gipuzkoa - Spain, by the transport method of your choice. The shipping costs for the return will remain at clients expenses.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled for reasons imputable to the customer are not refundable and will be placed at the disposal of the sender for its collection, the item being at the customer's disposal for collection within a maximum of 15 days. In any case, indi & cold shall not assume any type of responsibility for the custody or deposit of the article during the time it is in its facilities.
