The website www.indiandcold.com is available in Spanish, English and French.

You can subscribe to our newsletter without having to create an account by entering your email address in the ‘Newsletter’ section of the website. You’ll receive the latest news, lookbooks, promotions and events from indiandcold.com.

The login procedure is as follows: Go to the LOGIN section, enter your email address, and you should receive a one-time code to access your account. If you are unable to access your account or need help recovering it, please email us at hola@indiandcold.com and we’ll be happy to help.

The minimum amount is always calculated based on the final total in the basket, i.e. once all discounts have been applied.

Shopping at INDI&COLD is very simple

  1. Choose the type of garment you’re looking for.  
  2. Click on the product to view all the details (photos, colours, sizes and price).  
  3. Select your size and colour and add the item to your basket.
  4. When you’re ready, go to your basket to complete your order.  
  5. You can shop as a guest or register.
  6. Enter your details and check that everything is correct.   
  7. Click “pay” to complete your purchase.  

We’ll send you an email confirming receipt of your order. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive another email with the tracking details.

You can choose between:

  • home delivery
  • collection from an INDI&COLD store
  • collection from an InPost collection point

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse and depend on the destination.

Please note that during promotional periods or due to external factors such as strikes, delivery times may be extended.

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira.

Collection from INDI&COLD stores is free of charge and available in mainland Spain (excluding outlet stores).

We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

You will have 15 calendar days to do so. If you do not collect it within this period, we will cancel the order and issue a refund automatically.

If you notice any issues with your order, please email us at hola@indiandcold.com, providing your details, order number and a brief description of the problem.

We’ll be happy to help and find a solution as soon as possible.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

You can use this number to check the status of your order at any time via the courier company’s website.

Yes, provided that the person collecting the order shows the order confirmation email along with the receipt/sales invoice.

You will receive the invoice with your order. If you need another copy, please email us at hola@indiandcold.com and we’ll be happy to help.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order within 24 hours.

Yes, you can use your gift card alongside a discount code in the same order.

You can pay for your order using:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Scalapay (pay in 3 instalments)

All payments are processed via secure platforms.

To use your gift card or discount code, simply enter it in the “discount code or gift card” field before completing your payment and make sure it is applied correctly.

On the product page, you’ll find a detailed description of the garment. Furthermore, in the ‘DETAILS’ section, you can view a list of the garment’s technical specifications, as well as its composition and country of manufacture.

All product detail pages on our website feature a Size Guide section, which lists the garment measurements to make choosing the right size as easy as possible. Each garment also specifies its FIT type to give you an idea of how it should fit.

We work with limited stock, so some items may sell out quickly. We recommend signing up for our restock alerts on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again. You can also check in-store availability using our tool or get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, except for items made using traditional craftsmanship, where there may be a slight difference in the finish.

indiandcold.com only sells items in perfect condition, so if, in the unlikely event that you receive an item with a fault, please contact us by email at hola@indiandcold.com. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If, by mistake, you ever receive an item you haven’t ordered, please contact us by email at hola@indiandcold.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The deadline for any returns or exchanges is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

There are three ways to return your order:

  • In-store at INDI&COLD (always free of charge)
  • From your home
  • At an InPost collection point

Returns at INDI&COLD stores (mainland Spain, excluding outlets) are free of charge.

Simply bring the item along with the receipt or delivery note included with your order. Our in-store team will process the return and provide you with a stamped receipt. We recommend that you keep this document. Once we have approved the return, we will refund you via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

You can request your refund online and choose between:

  • Home collection (€6)
  • Delivery to an InPost collection point (€4).

The cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. You must include the delivery note inside the parcel so that we can process the return correctly.

You can return items from different orders in a single parcel. Simply request a single return label and include the delivery notes for all orders inside the parcel. This will enable us to identify the items correctly and process your refund without any issues.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund via the same payment method.

For in-store returns, the refund will also be processed once the return has been approved.

The refund will be credited within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the return.

The return or cancellation period for an INDI&COLD online order is 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order.

It depends on which country you’re in, but you’ll always have the option of home delivery or collection from a convenience point; in Spain, we also offer free collection from INDI&COLD stores (except the Getafe Outlet).

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way. For orders collected from an INDI&COLD store, you will receive an email once your order has arrived at the store.

  • Home delivery (Spain/Portugal) – 1–2 days
  • Home delivery (Balearic Islands) – 2–3 days
  • InPost collection point (Spain/Portugal) – 1–2 days
  • INDI&COLD stores – 3–6 days

Delivery times from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse (working days)

These delivery times do not take into account circumstances beyond INDI&COLD’s control (such as adverse weather conditions or strikes).

Your order may be delivered at any time between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays); a signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt or on the delivery note.

  • Home delivery – €6 (free for orders over €85)
  • PuntoInPost – €2.90 (free for orders over €85)
  • Collection from INDI&COLD store – always free

Yes, you can change your delivery address or details as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Once the order is in transit, no changes can be made and delivery will depend on the courier company.

This means we are processing your order in our warehouse. This may be due to the volume of orders or internal order-preparation processes.

Delivery options vary depending on the country, the address and the availability of couriers in your area.
