Refund policy
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to proceed to return or exchange your items, the start date being the one indicated on the delivery note.
The shipping and return times may be extended during promotional periods or affected by strikes and/or other force majeure causes not attributable to INDI&COLD.
RETURN OF ITEMS (Portugal)
If you wish to return the received item, you must do so in its original packaging, unused, along with its accessories and original tags, and it must be in perfect condition. Otherwise, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

To make a return, you must follow the procedure below:
PORTUGAL RETURNS
You have 5 days from the return request to hand in the parcel at a pick-up point or to the carrier.
Return from Home
You can request pickup for the return of your order via this link: https://returns.itsrever.com/indiandcold. The pickup will be effective within 24/48 business hours. Once we have received the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that the cost of the return will be €6 and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return at InPost Point
To drop off your order at an InPost point, request the return via this link https://returns.itsrever.com/indiandcold . Prepare the package, go to our returns page to print your label, and visit https://www.inpost.es/buscar-el-punto-pack-mas-cercano/ to find your nearest point to drop off your parcel.
Please remember that the cost of the return will be €4 and will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will receive a receipt for your delivery, and the return will be processed once we have received the package at our warehouse using the same payment method used for your purchase. The refund process may take 3-6 days from the receipt of the return.
Items that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used, or soiled due to customer fault will not be refunded and will be made available to their sender with shipping costs due or left for collection by the customer within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. In any case, INDI&COLD will not assume any responsibility for the custody or storage of the item while it is in its facilities.
INDI&COLD reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.
Exchanges:
We offer one exchange free of charge for size or color. You can request it here.
For any subsequent exchanges, shipping will remain free, but the standard return fee will apply.
Your new order will be shipped once we have received the returned item at our warehouse.
Return in Giftcard:
You can choose to receive your refund as a gift card. This return method is free of charge.

The gift card will be valid online for one year.
