When we refer to recycled fibre qualities or qualities obtained by reusing available or controlled resources. They all have official certificates.
Ecotec Cotton: The 80% of the used fibres to manufacture “Ecotec cotton” is recycled. It is known for its circular production. It creates new fabrics using waste from other fabrics or even garments. The use of this fibre is sustainable for both its environmental responsibility as well as cost cuts. ECOTEC certificate (Italy).
Recycled Cotton: It is a sustainable fibre, made from cotton pieces and cotton fibres that are wasted during the original production process. Choosing these fabrics we achieve the same technical performance leaving a better footprint for our environment. Global Recycled Standard certificate or similar.
Recycled Linen: It is a sustainable fibre, made from linen pieces and linen fibres that are wasted during the original production process. Choosing these fabrics we achieve the same technical performance leaving a better footprint for our environment. Global Recycled Standard certificate or similar.
Recycled Polyester: Fabric made from recycled fibres (PET or polyester fibres or fabrics). Choosing these fabrics we achieve the same technical performance leaving a better footprint for our environment. Global Recycled Standard or similar certificates.
Ecovero Viscose: This type of fabric is obtained from renewable certified wood cellulose, using a production process that is responsible with the environment. LENZING ECOVERO or similar certificate.
Lyocell: This fibre was born from the need to improve the existing cellulose based fabrics, as well as environmental conditions of the production process. It is usually made from bamboo pulp, using a closed circle system. The quick grow of the bamboo helps reduce the water consumption improving the environmental impact of other similar fibres. Origin and technical certificate.
Tencel: Similar to Lyocell, but with a specific difference, it is exclusively made out of eucalyptus pulp that is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), carrying as well the quality stamp by the Pan-European Forest Council (PEFC). Currently this is the most respectful fibre to the environment from the synthetic family.
cero capsule: Every season excess fabric from the textile industry ends up in landfills, but through our c e r o collection we give them a second life and generate a more sustainable production process. Because we believe it’s worth being part of the solution. Cero means Zero Waste, replenishment and create beauty from discarded fabrics that would otherwise be wasted away.
