What inspires you in life? My 5-year-old son, travelling, nature, meeting new people, learning different languages, books and movies, listening to good music.

When did you know that you wanted to work in fashion? When I was the only journalist at a magazine who wanted to write about fashion (for that reason, I created a fashion column in that magazine)!

And when did you come to create press agency and relationship with influencers? It happened while working as a journalist / influencer myself, which gave me the opportunity to meet several people in this area. At the same time, some brands started asking me to manage their press & influencer relations. That’s how Cibele Maciet press agency started. I love what I do, it is never the same everyday!

Is it easy being a woman in your world? I don’t think it’s very easy being a woman anywhere…But with the kindness and help of some women and men it gets easier. I don’t complain myself, I live in a free society where everyone has rights, but women deserve much better everywhere.

What is your favourite place on the planet? I love Rome and Paris; they are my dream places.

And in Paris? Paris is a wonderful place, everywhere we look we see beauty, arts and magnificence. I cannot complain myself!

An essential place, plan & restaurant if we visit Paris. A nice place to visit in Paris is Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, one of my favourite museums. A fine restaurant is Thoumieux, with a nice decor and delicious food.

Are you more of a beach or a pool person? I’m much more of a sun person! I catch the sun wherever it is…

Who is or has been an icon for you? Yves Saint-Laurent, the best!

Your favourite artist? I very much like photographers like Rineke Dijkstra and Nan Goldin. About new generation artists, people like Pretty Puke, Mathias Kiss and Harmony Korine. And last but not the least, writers like Jack Kerouac, James Baldwin and André Aciman.

And which is your favourite work? "Garçon avec un panier de fruits" by Caravaggio.

Any great eco tip to look after the planet? Do not buy clothes you will never wear, bring your tote bag to the supermarket, recycle your garbage and try to buy organic.
