What inspires you in life? Leaving my comfort zone inspires and challenges me. My children inspire me. Food inspires me. Nature. Markets. Everything I’m passionate about inspires me.

When and how did you decide to undertake the Being Biotiful adventure? Years ago, I think, but it took a while to take shape and have a clear objective. I went around in circles with the concept, something that was related to food, but I had no idea where to start. I’d say it’s about 5 years since I’ve had clear goals and objectives and now I’m 100% dedicated to it.

Is it easy being a woman in your world? I believe that we should support each other more in general, at the end of the day we’re all in the same boat, the same planet. Together we are stronger.

What is your favourite place on the planet? My home with my friends and family.

A book, a song and a film
A book: The elegance of the hedgehog by Muriel Barberry
A song: Dream by Jain
A film: Captain Fantastic by Matt Ross

A series? Ooh I don’t watch series, I don’t have time to get hooked on any. I would say Friends because it never goes out of fashion.

What are your wardrobe essentials?
Comfortable jeans
A white linen shirt or t shirt
Some comfortable boots or trainers
A trench coat

Something always in your bag? My diary, hahaha I’m never without it. This and Arnica ;) for the kids. My priorities have changed. Ah and my eye drops.

And in your fridge? Seasonal vegetables, vegan milk, some goats cheese, olives, sauerkraut, pickles, yoghurts, jams, hummus, flours, some leftover soup, a chia pudding?

What’s your favourite dish? Difficult because my tastes are always changing with the seasons. Now I would pick some satisfying and tasty soup. Or something with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and parsley.

A recipe for dinner with friends?
Pasta with caramelised cabbage, pistachios and pecorino.

Any key eco tip to look after the planet? I think we all know, but we struggle to change our habits, myself included, we are all selfish. Waiting for our neighbour to change before we do.
Consume less? Reuse? Buy loose products? Consume less plastic? Recycle? Buy local? Stop eating (or reduce) meat consumption? It’s not difficult, it’s just about getting started.

A dream to achieve To have my garden, live in the suburbs.

What are you going to do when we finish this interview? Prepare a bit of breakfast, I went to the gym and need to refuel.
