What inspires you in life? My family and friends are the most inspiring! But I love the beach and the sea, music and books.

When did you know that you wanted to work as an artist? When I was little, I always said to my parents that I would love to be a painter. Later, I got to study in Fine Arts school and did my bachelor in product design and became a web designer and an artist in my free time.

Is it easy being a woman in your world? Yes. It’s different (of course) but it’s so good to be a woman in any world!

What is your favourite place on the planet? The beach and my house.

And Lisbon? Lisbon it’s the best city to live in (for me). It’s so unique and warming. Now it’s getting a little bit crowded but there are so many good things happening. And the best thing about Lisbon is that you are 15 minutes away from the sea and we’ve got the best food!

An essential place & restaurant. Praia do Meco & Boa Bao Restaurant.

Are you more of a beach or a pool person? Beach of course! I grew up living near the sea so it’s essential for me.

Who is or has been an icon for you? My mother. Such a strong and hard-working woman.

Your favourite artist? I love the work of Laurence Leenaert from LRNCE and the work and furniture of Ana Kras.

A book, a song and a film.
Book - Contact by Carl Sagan (I love cosmos stuff!)
A song - Province by TV on the Radio featuring David Bowie
Film - Vanilla Sky

And a series? Hmmm I’m so addicted to series!!! I can’t name just one, but I loved Outlander (guilty pleasure) because I learned a lot. I just saw Dead to Me and it’s amazing as well.

What are your wardrobe essentials? Levi’s 501 and a white t-shirt or a simple dress.

Something your bag is never without Sunscreen for my face, in winter and summer!

And in your fridge? Cheese and wine :)

Any great eco tip to look after the planet? I try to do my best: consume less, buy more vintage. Support local brands and of course, be careful with the materials I use in my daily life; less plastic.

A dream to achieve Built my own mixed brand - interiors and clothes.

What are you going to do when we finish this interview? Relax on my sofa with my lovely cat Zappa (and watch some Netflix!).
